Square One has three standards as far as food. Fresh. Natural. Real.
Fresh. We believe by trying just a little harder than the rest we can have a product that is as fresh as it possibly can. We have daily shipments of produce, beef, chicken, and bread. The only reason we own a freezer is for the ice cream. So rest asurred you will never worry about having a frozen premanufactored meal here. We leave that to the chain restaurants.
Natural. We belive strawberries should taste like strawberris, that beef should have flavors, and every bite should explode with taste in your mouth. Our produce is a combination of local and organic items. Our bread comes from Empire bakery each morning and is specfically made just for us. Our meats and cheeses are all natural and contain no fillers, hormaones, or any of that other stuff.
Real. Finally we believe that all our ingredients should be real. We take pride in knowing whta is in our products, so we make them here. We don't use any products with fillers, hormones, or any of that other stuff that not only takes away from the flavor but also the nutritional value.
By combining these three standards we create traditional and unique menu items that will last with you for ever. Come in and have food like it is meant be and soon you too will be a regular.
